Where is XRDS located?
You can find us at the mesmerizing Vijverspark in Anderlecht, Belgium.
Address: Avenue Marius Renard, Anderlecht
Parking: Visitors to the festival can park at P+R CERIA-COOVI near exit 16 of the R0. A day ticket costs 15 euros. The walking route to the festival is signposted.

We host an afterparty at Fuse on both days.
Afterparty runs from 23h00 until 08h00.
Is there a minimum age to enter the festival?
The minimum age to enter the festival is 18 years. Visitors are obligated to enter their date of birth upon purchasing a ticket. If the visitor is younger than 18 years it isn’t possible to purchase a ticket to the festival. When there is a doubt that a visitor isn’t old enough to enter the festival we will do a passport check. When the visitor hasn’t reached the age of 18, access will be denied. The ticket will not be refunded.
Practical
Can I enter the afterparty with my festival ticket?
No, afterparty tickets are sold separately. Fuse has a limited capacity so we advise buying your afterparty tickets in advance.
Are there lockers available?
Yes, we offer on-site lockers that are available for purchase in advance through our ticket shop.
I've lost an item at the festival: what do I do?
All lost items are sent to the club and listed there. Please send an email to letusknow@fuse.be and describe the item you have lost as accurately as possible so we can assist you promptly.
I can't find the email with my ticket. What should I do?
If you bought your ticket via Paylogic, please follow this link to retrieve it or contact the customer service of Resident Advisor (ticketsupport@ra.co) directly.
Are there official afterparties?
Yes! Every day we have an afterparty at Fuse. The afterparty is an official part of the XRDS program.
Afterparty runs from 23h00 until 08h00.
Is it possible to exchange day tickets for another day?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange day tickets for another day. We recommend to safely sell your ticket on TicketSwap and buy a new one on our website.
Is re-entry possible?
Re-entry is not possible at XRDS. In = in, out = out. Enjoy the moment!
I'm having issues with my tickets. Help!
I have allergies. Can I bring my own food and/or beverages?
We try to provide a balanced selection of meals and drinks (vegan and veggie options). It is not allowed to bring your own food and/or beverages.
We do advise, however, if you have a severe allergy to gluten for example, to ask for the manager of the food truck. He/she can inform you and help you think about an adjustment in the dish so that you can enjoy the relevant dishes. So pay extra attention when consuming food/drinks
Is XRDS wheelchair friendly?
Our festival grounds are fairly accessible for wheelchair users with plenty of concrete paths and dance floors on a flat terrain. For more information, please contact info@xrds.be
What is the drug policy?
The use of illegal drugs is harmful and can have negative consequences for you, your immediate environment, our organization as well as the relevant security authorities. It is prohibited by law to possess or sell drugs at XRDS. Any violation of this can lead to criminal prosecution and denial of access to the festival site.
Is there first aid available on site?
There is a first aid station permanently present on site, clearly marked on the festival terrain and map. Please be aware that these people stand in for your safety and the safety of your loved ones, so it’s highly recommended to follow their instructions carefully.
Respect, consent and behaviour
XRDS wants to be a safe-r- space for its visitors. Look out for each other, and show respect and tolerance. Treat everyone equally and respect everyone’s personal space. No means no, be mindful when engaging with others. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly festival, no hate or racism against any groups will be tolerated.
Will the Fuse Awareness crew be on site?
We have our Fuse Awareness Team available on site. Search for our Awareness Peers wearing an orange sweater or shirt or the Help Desk. If you’ve encountered or witnessed any unsafe or unpleasant situations, please reach out to our Awareness Team, they are there to listen and help.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We don't have a physical sale point on site for entree tickets. You can only buy your ticket online through our website.

Cashless System
Can I get a refund for any unused vouchers?
Yes.
Refunds can be requested from August 18 onwards. A EUR1 processing fee will be deducted from each refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once you request a refund (from August 18), it typically takes 5 to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
Can I transfer my balance to someone else's wristband?
Yes, you can easily transfer funds to another wristband:
1. Scan the QR code on your own wristband using your phone's camera
2. Open the link and tap 'Add Friend'
3. Scan your friend's QR code
4. Choose the amount and confirm the transfer
No app download required.
What happens if I lose my wristband?
Your wristband is your digital wallet. If you lose it, your balance can only be recovered if you registered your wristband online beforehand. We strongly recommend registering your wristband as soon as you receive it.
Can I use my wristband for future editions of XRDS?
No.
A new wristband system is used each year. Your current balance is only valid for this edition.
What happens to my balance after the festival?
Your balance remains valid until the end of the refund period. After that, any remaining funds will expire. Make sure to request your refund in time if you still have credit left. To get money back, just scan the QR code on your bracelet, check your balance on the page and request the refund.
Lost & Found
How can we reach out in case we lost something at the festival?
So you’ve lost something valuable at the festival? Don’t worry, if the item in question was still around after the festival closed, then we will make sure that you get it back. Please email our lost and found department: lostandfound@fuse.be with lost item details, date, name of the event, and other information you think might help us to trace your item.
Note that we only store lost and found clothing items for a maximum of two months due to limited storage space. Uncollected items are donated to organizations supporting the homeless and refugees.
